Service Description

An all levels flowing yoga class followed by deep stretching...we'll hold each pose for 2-4 minutes, allowing for deep stretching of the body and relaxing of the mind.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give us at least 3 hours' notice if you need to cancel a class because if class registrations fall below a certain number, we may need to cancel for financial reasons. It's one of the ways we can keep our studio financially stable and continue flowing with you for years to come!
