Class Descriptions

Our classes range from traditional Hatha Yoga for beginners & intermediate level students to creative classes designed to promote body/mind integration & relaxation.  If you're looking for a cardio challenge, try SH1FT and for core strengthening there's Pilates Mat.  There's truly something for everyBODY here in our cozy little downtown studio.  Come see for yourself.
