Our classes range from traditional Hatha Yoga for beginners & intermediate level students to creative classes designed to promote body/mind integration & relaxation. If you're looking for a cardio challenge, try SH1FT and for core strengthening there's Pilates Mat. There's truly something for everyBODY here in our cozy little downtown studio. We'll start this class in a comfortable position using props (blankets, pillows/bolsters) to support your body for deep rest. Poses after this will be held 3-5 minutes using props to support yourself in comfortable, deep stretching. Meaning yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is an ancient technique involving deep states of conscious relaxation. It is a systematic practice of moving awareness from the external to the internal world. We’ll begin with centering breathing exercises and stretching designed to warm the body. We'll move into standing beginner level poses at a slow pace. Each pose will be held as we build strength and find alignment with our movement. This class ends with deep stretches and ends in a calming savasana (final relaxation pose). Similar to Beginners Flow Yoga, but with a little less flowing movement and holding poses a bit longer.
We’ll begin with centering breathing exercises and stretching designed to warm the body and then we’ll move into a gentle flow of yoga poses. You’ll be offered variations within each pose to meet your goals for your practice. This class ends with deep stretches and a restorative pose or two and ends in a calming savasana (final relaxation pose). Similar to Beginners Yoga, but with a little bit more slow flowing movement throughout the class.
Beginning in a seated position, we'll practice breathing exercises and progress into a warming stretching sequence. Moving to a standing position, we'll flow through poses to gently stretch and strengthen body and mind. We'll work on some deep stretching and end in final relaxation/savasana. Suitable for participation on a chair. All levels welcome.*
(Yoga on the Ball/Chair). We'll use a stability ball and/or sturdy chair in this senior-beginner level class. Seated and standing stretches
A class with a heavy focus on alignment to maximize poses. We'll emphasize modifications, joint conditioning and safety and round this class out with deep stretching at the end. Options to practice beginners & intermediate level poses in this class. Appropriate for all level practitioners.
The beginning of this class offers continuous movement and flowing transitions, creating a sense of moving meditation. With an emphasis on lengthy stretching at the end and a restorative savasana, this brisk-paced class will leave you feeling both energized and relaxed.
A fusion of gentle all-levels yoga, Pilates mat and restorative poses. We'll start the class with gentle warming stretches and then progress to a standing flow of yoga poses designed to strengthen the body. The concept behind our Mindful Flow Yoga class is that the mind is projected toward specific areas of the body, and that these areas can manifest as physical symptoms. This Yin-inspired gentle practice is largely floor-based and seamlessly blends together many of the familiar poses in the Hatha yoga tradition with the subtleties found along the energetic meridians as taught in traditional Chinese medicine. In the complimentary duality of Yin and Yang, Yin is the more calm, gentle, introspective aspect of one's being and serves to draw one's awareness inward. A POP up class: The class will be a mixture of Yang Hsu tai chi and qi gong. This tai chi style is made up of 108 postures & we'll learn a few during each class and repeat them again at the next one, giving us time to perfect and learn. You’ll move non-stop through each posture for several minutes. Qi gong is wide ranging. Forms can be stationary or moving. There can be a single form or several forms practiced together. Enjoy a dynamic workout combining the strength of barre and the core-focused movements of pilates. This class is beginner-friendly, while also offering advanced strength and cardio options to suit all levels. Strengthen, lengthen, and tone your body using the barre, hand weights and the pilates ring (ring optional at home).
A warm-up followed by a series of exercises designed to improve stability and sculpt your abs. Then we’ll dive into the MMA inspired section & sweat it out with punches, kicks & knee strikes, another round of core and cardio. The workout then shifts to the step/riser, a 2 minute knockout round,& a cooldown, allowing your body to recover with static stretches and deep breathing!

A cardio-focused strength and ballet INSPIRED series of movements linked together to create a fun and continuous dance. Customize your movements to find your perfect groove. NO previous experience with ballet or dance required...just be ready to come have fun, laugh, and get your heart rate up!
A standing, self-paced stretch and warmup, followed by walking at varying speeds to get your heart pumping. Perform optional arm exercises while walking/jogging/running for added whole-body benefit. We'll end with some standing yoga poses for core strength and then move into seated stretches in a chair, on a ball, or on the floor.

Start where you are! BEginners Barre at our studio is the perfect way to start or re-start your journey into the world of exercise. Seasoned students are encouraged to bring it back to the basics and challenge yourself in new ways! Our pilates and ballet inspired class combines strength, cardio, and stretching to give you a full body workout that will both challenge and invigorate you. Plus, you'll be part of a supportive and welcoming community that encourages and celebrates your progress.
Our beginners ballet barre class is designed for anyone who wants to start or rediscover their love for ballet and dance. In this class, you'll learn the basics of ballet technique, including positions, movements, and turns at the barre. Improve your strength, posture, and balance with tailored lessons suitable for all levels.
Sstrength and resistance training, working the full body with targeted movement combinations to all muscle groups. Classes will utilize the barre, center floor, or a combination of the two.
