Sunrise Stretch & Meditation
Wednesdays 7 - 7:30 AM with Cari livestream only

Gentle stretching and movement to start your day. Breathing exercises and meditation at the beginning and/or end of class.

Slow  (All-Levels)
Mondays (with Celeste) and Wednesdays (with Tyson) 6:45 - 7:45 PM via livestream only

In yin yoga we practice longer held (2-5 minutes) passive stretches; poses are low to the ground, generally seated or supine. We focus on putting stress on the connective tissues such as the ligaments, joints, fascia, and tendons of the hips, pelvis, sacrum, and spine in order to build range of motion. This class allows you to turn inward, observe, and move qi through the meridians of the body. We end with the soothing balm of Savasana and a short seated meditation.

Yoga Core & Restore
Thursdays 6 AM livestream only

A fusion of gentle all-levels yoga, pilates mat and restorative poses. We'll start the class with gentle warming stretches and then progress to a standing flow of yoga poses designed to strengthen the body. Through pilates inspired exercises on the floor, we'll work on core strength and then progress into supported poses designed to relax the mind and stretch tight muscles. We'll end class in a supported savasana (final relaxation pose). A great balance between stretch, strength and relaxation!

Yoga Stretch, Flow & Restore

Saturdays 915 AM with Cari or Lindsay in-studio AND livestream

We’ll begin with centering breathing exercises and stretching designed to warm the body and then we’ll move into a gentle flow of yoga poses. You’ll be offered variations within each pose to meet your goals for your practice. This class ends with deep stretches and a restorative pose or two, and ends in a calming savasana (final relaxation pose).

Yoga Nidra

(A pop up class)

Meaning yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is an ancient technique involving deep states of conscious relaxation.  It is a systematic practice of moving awareness from the external to the internal world.

Yoga Nidra brings us to a state of deep sleep where our senses, intellect, and mind relax, allowing us to become free from the concepts of time, space and reason. Our brain activity decreases and our bodies enter a healing state.  As the body enters this healing state, we remove baggage from the subconscious and gain deep restoration for the mind.

Accessible to all, Yoga Nidra involves lying in a comfortable position with the aid of props (pillows, blankets, or bolsters) to support the body fully so that we are able to fully let go and enter deep states of rest.

High intensity functional training using the step/riser. Using a riser is a great way to incorporate plyometric training at a reduced impact - as you’re able to achieve the power gains of jump training while also allowing the softer landing that a staggered height can provide.
