Retreat: Opening meditation, breathwork and tea meditation, restorative & yoga nidra and sunrise yoga.
Food: Includes Friday evening Hors d’oeuvres, Saturday continental breakfast from Bask Hotel, Saturday catered lunch and Sunday continental breakfast from Bask Hotel.
Depending on what room you choose, here are the pricing options:
1 Queen Bed Suite, Water View= NONE LEFT
1 King Bed Studio, 1/2/26 – 1/4/26- $375 total (plus $7 parking per night) 4 SUITES LEFT
30% deposit required now, balance in full on/by 12/1
Cancellation policy: If cancelling after 12/15/25 you'll receive your payment minus $110 cancellation fee
If cancellation is within 48 hours of checkin, there is no refund available.(but I'd be glad to give you a few class credits in case of emergency/illness)
