Wednesday 10/28/26 - check-in time is 4 PM at Bask Hotel.
Arrive, receive your retreat care package, get settled in and then join us for a reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres and an opening meditation. GF, V options available.
$125
Includes hotel for this night, hors d'oeuvres at 6 PM and breakfast the next morning.
Thursday 10/29/26- Breakfast provided by Bask Hotel*. Take time to relax; whatever that looks like for you. Schedule a session on the Vibroacoustic Table (no additional cost) explore the riverwalk... boats, birds and the serenity of the sound as well as cute shops!

7 - 8 PM Silent Disco Yoga ~ Halloween Edition
$140
Friday 10/30/26- Breakfast provided by Bask Hotel*.
9:00 AM- Gentle Yoga with Cari @ the Monarch Center (~10 minute drive from hotel)
10:30 AM Meditation
11:00 AM Mandala Creation & Color Meditation
12:00 Lunch on your own!
1:00 PM Learn different meditation styles and practice some common variations. Creativity and mind-mapping exercises throughout the afternoon, ending around 4:30 PM.
6:30 PM Catered dinner by Chef Blaque Peppa! (GF & V options)
$150 (Base price. Take some or all of the classes offered throughout the day at no additional cost.)
Saturday 10/31/26- Breakfast provided by Bask Hotel*.
10:30 AM Sound Bath at The Monarch Center with Sacred Shell Healing

Sunday 11/1/26- Breakfast provided by Bask Hotel*.
11:00 AM- All Levels Yoga on the Garden Courtyard at Reed's Coffee (across from Bask Hotel) (weather permitting)

*if you will attend the AM yoga class, but not staying for lunch, your cost is $10
**if you are leaving this day but staying for lunch, your cost is $35
***if you are staying overnight, your cost is $145
