Immerse yourself in a soothing Guided Meditation and Crystal Bowl Sound Bath. This unique session guides you through the energy centers of your body, promoting relaxation and harmony as you explore each chakra. Intermittently through the session you'll hear crystal bowls and the singing pyramid. Join us to rejuvenate your spirit and enhance your well-being in a serene environment designed for holistic healing.

You are reserving a space including props (mat, bolster, blankets, eye pillow) in our Community Sliding Scale Clinic and will offer what you're comfortable offering for this service. Suggested range is $5 - $20 (cash preferred, but cards and checks accepted) If you need to cancel, please, please let us know by canceling online with as much notice as possible or text Cari at 336-324-5516 so that your space may be given away to someone else.
