This class is accessible for all levels and focuses on core exercises using the stability ball. We'll guide you through each move to ensure proper form and maximum benefit. Join us via livestream for a challenging and rewarding workout that will leave you feeling stronger and more centered. *We can loan you a stability ball if you sign up for this class at least 1 business day prior to the class. You can also use a chair or the floor for many of the exercises in this class.
