Immerse yourself in restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra, engage in inspiring creativity exercises, and enjoy a peaceful walking meditation along the scenic Riverwalk, weather permitting. Plus, savor moments exploring nearby local shops and restaurants, all just steps away from your centered sanctuary. Join us to reconnect with purpose and tranquility! (PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE $7 PARKING PER NIGHT)

Cancellation Policy
We ask that you give us at least 3 hours' notice if you need to cancel a class because if class registrations fall below a certain number, we may need to cancel for financial reasons. It's one of the ways we can keep our studio financially stable and continue flowing with you for years to come!
