Gentle Yoga IN-STUDIO
Beginning in a seated position, we'll practice breathing exercises and progress into a warming stretching sequence. Moving to a standing position, we'll flow through poses to gently stretch and strengthen body and mind. We'll work on some deep stretching and end in final relaxation/savasana. Suitable for participation on a chair. All levels welcome. SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES IN EFFECT. PLEASE ALLOW 10 FEET OR MORE BETWEEN YOU AND ALL OTHER PEOPLE THAT DON'T LIVE WITH YOU. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU ARE COUGHING, SNEEZING, OR HAVE ANY ADDITONAL SYMPTOMS OF ANY ILLNESS. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU HAVE LOST YOUR SENSE OF TASTE OR SMELL. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU HAVE HAD CLOSE CONTACT WITH SOMEBODY DIAGNOSED WITH OR SUSPECTED OF HAVING COVID-19. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOUR TEMPERATURE IS RUNNING HIGHER THAT WHAT YOUR NORMAL IS.
