Service Description
Beginning in a seated position, we'll practice breathing exercises and progress into a warming stretching sequence. Moving to a standing position, we'll flow through poses to gently stretch and strengthen body and mind. We'll work on some deep stretching and end in final relaxation/savasana. Suitable for participation on a chair. All levels welcome.

Cancellation Policy
We ask that you give us at least 3 hours' notice if you need to cancel a class because if class registrations fall below a certain number, we may need to cancel for financial reasons. It's one of the ways we can keep our studio financially stable and continue flowing with you for years to come!
