CardiYoga IN-STUDIO

Service Description

A little cardio and a little yoga, structured with self-paced low-impact high-intensity interval training (HIIT) - Move slower or faster according to your goals for the practice. Plenty of stretching before and after cardio sections. Finish strong with yoga-inspired stretching and breathing exercises that will leave you invigorated and refreshed!

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give us at least 3 hours' notice if you need to cancel a class because if class registrations fall below a certain number, we may need to cancel for financial reasons. It's one of the ways we can keep our studio financially stable and continue flowing with you for years to come!
