Service Description

A little cardio, a little yoga, a little self-paced HIIT. Plenty of stretching before and after HIIT sections, which are self-paced. Move slower or faster according to your goals for the practice. Ends with stretching and breathing exercises for a yoga-inspired workout that'll make you sweat!

Cancellation policy: If cancelling after 12/15/25 you'll receive your payment minus $110 cancellation fee If cancellation is within 48 hours of checkin, there is no refund available.(but I'd be glad to give you a few class credits in case of emergency/illness)
