Suitable for all levels, Balanced Strength fosters confidence and resilience, empowering students to elevate their practice while maintaining a sense of balance.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give us at least 3 hours' notice if you need to cancel a class because if class registrations fall below a certain number, we may need to cancel for financial reasons. It's one of the ways we can keep our studio financially stable and continue flowing with you for years to come!
