All Levels Yoga IN-STUDIO
We’ll gently warm the body & move through a multi-optioned flow of poses to gain strength & increase stamina, or to calm and cool the body...the choice is yours. Options to practice beginners & intermediate level poses in this class. Appropriate for all level practitioners. *an additional and optional 15 minutes will be offered at the end of this class in January. We'll practice breathwork and meditation. Class will end at 6 PM and you can choose to stay or sign off/leave at that time. SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES IN EFFECT. PLEASE ALLOW 10 FEET OR MORE BETWEEN YOU AND ALL OTHER PEOPLE THAT DON'T LIVE WITH YOU. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU ARE COUGHING, SNEEZING, OR HAVE ANY ADDITONAL SYMPTOMS OF ANY ILLNESS. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU HAVE LOST YOUR SENSE OF TASTE OR SMELL. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU HAVE HAD CLOSE CONTACT WITH SOMEBODY DIAGNOSED WITH OR SUSPECTED OF HAVING COVID-19. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOUR TEMPERATURE IS RUNNING HIGHER THAT WHAT YOUR NORMAL IS.
