Beginners Yoga IN-STUDIO

Service Description

We’ll begin with centering breathing exercises and stretching designed to warm the body. We'll move into standing beginner level poses at a slow pace. Each pose will be held as we build strength and find alignment with our movement. This class ends with deep stretches and ends in a calming savasana (final relaxation pose).

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give us at least 3 hours' notice if you need to cancel a class because if class registrations fall below a certain number, we may need to cancel for financial reasons. It's one of the ways we can keep our studio financially stable and continue flowing with you for years to come!
