 In this dynamic course, you'll dive into the art of meditation and breathwork, exploring various techniques that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and centered. ​You'll be guided through meditation practices, breathwork and creativity exercises, ensuring you find the perfect fit for your unique self.
 

​Learn how to chart your thoughts, dreams, and ambitions, creating a visual roadmap to success. This class isn't just about professional development; it's a holistic approach to self-discovery and empowerment.

This class is available in three formats: 45-minutes, 2 hours and 4 hours. This allows you to choose a duration that best fits your schedule and personal preferences. Time spent during each segment (meditation, breathwork, creativity exercises & mind mapping) of the class will be adjusted according to the duration you choose. 

Pricing: 
In-person basics- $125 (45 minutes)
In-person 2 hours- $225 
In-person 4 hours- $425


Livestream basics- $100 ($45 minutes)
Livestream 2 hours- $200

Livestream 4 hours- $400
