This beginner to senior level class is designed to improve your balance and build strength using hand weights and various yoga poses. You'll be guided through the class, helping to achieve your fitness goals while also promoting relaxation and mindfulness. Join us at our studio and discover the benefits of a balanced and strong body.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give us at least 3 hours' notice if you need to cancel a class because if class registrations fall below a certain number, we may need to cancel for financial reasons. It's one of the ways we can keep our studio financially stable and continue flowing with you for years to come!
