Tai Chi/Qi Gong Fusion

Service Description

The class will be a mixture of Yang Hsu tai chi and qi gong. This tai chi style is made up of 108 postures. You’ll move non-stop through each posture for several minutes. Qi gong is wide ranging. Forms can be stationary or moving. There can be a single form or several forms practiced together. Class requires comfortable clothing and soft soled shoes and for you to be present and focused in class. There will be a yoga class finishing at 6:30 PM and the stairwell to the studio will be blocked until then- you can arrive as early as 6:30, and there will be a comfortable waiting area just inside the door for you to wait until the yoga students are leaving and the stairwell is accessible. SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES IN EFFECT. PLEASE ALLOW 6 FEET OR MORE BETWEEN YOU AND ALL OTHER PEOPLE THAT DON'T LIVE WITH YOU. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU ARE COUGHING, SNEEZING, OR HAVE ANY ADDITONAL SYMPTOMS OF ANY ILLNESS. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU HAVE LOST YOUR SENSE OF TASTE OR SMELL. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU HAVE HAD CLOSE CONTACT WITH SOMEBODY DIAGNOSED WITH OR SUSPECTED OF HAVING COVID-19. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF YOUR TEMPERATURE IS RUNNING HIGHER THAT WHAT YOUR NORMAL IS.
