Service Description

This fun workout provides a new approach to strength and resistance training. We will work our full body with targeted movement combinations using a variety of techniques to keep things interesting. No class is exactly the same as another to ensure we are working all muscle groups on a regular basis. Set to upbeat music, this workout is designed to tone, tighten and strengthen your entire body one muscle at a time. We'll work legs, glutes, arms, abs and everything in-between by executing controlled repeated movements and mixed sets. Challenge yourself as much or as little as you want with each exercise. Jennifer will guide you every step of the way to ensure proper form. She will also challenge you to find ways to get the most out of every class! Lift your mood and reduce stress with this lively class! Optional equipment: free weights, 8" diameter ball, looped band, yoga mat
