Service Description

Join us for a BarreLates class in studio and enjoy a dynamic workout combining the strength of barre and the core-focused movements of pilates. This class is beginner-friendly, while also offering advanced strength and cardio options to suit all levels. Strengthen, lengthen, and tone your body using the barre, hand weights and the pilates ring (ring optional at home).
