Building Balance: On Your Mat and Off We'll sync body, mind and breath to fine-tune our ability to focus awareness and create more stability. In this dynamic series, we will explore how certain blockages within the body and the mind keep us from finding optimal balance in daily life, whether during a formal practice such as a yoga class, or in day-to-day activities. From balancing cat to shoulder stand, binds and breathwork-a class to bring both body & mind into balance.
